After weeks of harassment from Nathan about giving up on the blog I decided to take the time to make a post. I guess I haven't really felt like there was anything too exciting to report. Life has just been rolling along. It is hard to believe that in less than 12 weeks we will be welcoming a new member to our family! I am excited to get her here safely, but it is also strange to think that this is our last baby, so I am trying to savor the moment. The girls are getting so big. Alex absolutely loves preschool and dance lessons. She is looking forward to her dance recital at the end of April. Izzie is such a funny little girl. She is so entertaining and makes us laugh a lot. It is amazing two kids from the same parents can be so different. It makes me wonder what our new baby will be like.

I was trying to get a cute picture of the girls in their Valentine's outfits, but Izzie was less than cooperative.

She was only interested in eating her candy off of the stairs. For some reason she likes to put things on the floor and eat them too...YUCK! I think she is just trying to build a really strong immune system.

Alex loves to do crafts and color. She gets really bored when Izzie is having her nap, so that is the time we usually do a craft. She was so excited to paint this Toy Story picture since she is currently obsessed with the movie Toy Story 3. This is the first time she has ever painted with a paint brush and she did a pretty amazing job!

A few weekends ago we went to Utah to visit my family. My Mom, sister, niece and I went to the Dancesport competition at BYU while I was there, and as always, it was a blast! It was fun to have a chance to hang out with my family and catch up. We haven't been to my parent's house since Thanksgiving, so our visit was long overdue. Nathan and I did a little car shopping while we were there too. We are going to outgrow both of our cars when the new baby gets here, so we are on the hunt for a slightly bigger vehicle. Ironically, when we were on our way home from car shopping a car pulled out in front of us and we hit him with our Jeep. We weren't going very fast when we collided (thanks to Nathan locking up the brakes), but fast enough that it still messed up our front bumper. It could have been much worse so we were grateful we could still drive the Jeep home. Wish us luck on the hunt for a new car, we only have a few months left to find one!!
