Alex has had such a wonderful year going to Sunshine Preschool with Mrs. Dance. She has learned so much! She knows her alphabet, can write all of the letters, knows the sign and sound for each letter. She learned a lot of fun songs and rhymes and got to make lots of fun crafts. Last Monday, she and her preschool class had a little program and showed all of the parents the things they had learned over the past year. We were so impressed and so proud of her. We know she is going to do great this coming Fall in Kindergarten.
Anjie's Birthday
Well it's that time of year again for another birthday! I recieved so many beautiful cards, one of which was from my friend Janeece. In the card it said I hope you get to sleep in and that Nathan fixes you Eggs Benedict. Well, this morning I was able to sleep in! I was so sweetly invited by Alex to come into the kitchen when I woke up. I was greeted by a plate fixed with sliced strawberries and Eggs Benedict, a beautiful bouquet of flowers and presents. I had no idea Nathan had read my card or that he had taken it to heart, but it was a greatly appreciated and a wonderful start to the day. Nathan also fixed lunch, cleaned up the house, and baked me a really yummy cake. I'm starting to think it should be my birthday everyday, I could get used to this royal treatment. Thanks Nathan for being such a great husband and for making my birthday so great!
