Finally, New Pictures!

Can it seriously have been nearly a month since I posted? What a slacker. I don't really have a great excuse other than just life being busy. We have been having tons of rain in Idaho the last few weeks which has brought our landscaping to a screeching halt. We did manage to get our patio pored, but now we are just waiting for the mud puddle to dry up so we can get back to work. We are also working on our bonus room above the garage, so I have been painting...AGAIN! It seems never ending, but that is the way it goes when you have a house, and we are thankful for that. Nathan is still traveling every week for work. We miss him when he is gone and hope that eventually he will be working closer to home.

Alex and Isabelle get to spend tons of time playing with there cousins. Alex asks to play with Brynlee every day. All of Kristen's kids adore Izzie and want to hold her all of the time. Madisyn is going to be a great little babysitter when she is old enough, she is great with Izzie and Alex.


Last Thursday was the employee party for my work, so we headed to Tautphus park for some food and fun. Alex had a great time jumping on the inflatable toys. She wanted nothing to do with the clowns or cotton candy though.


The zoo was across the street from the party, so we stopped for a quick look. Alex got to go into the petting zoo and brush the goats. She was not afraid of them at all.


What a ham, she posed for this one on her own.


My favorite part of the zoo is the otter exhibit. Unfortunately, the otters were tuckered out from all of the swimming. Don't you just love where this one is having his afternoon nap? It looks really uncomfortable.


Izzie is doing great since her accident. She is just a happy girl and loves to smile. She has a small bump on the side of her head where the bone is healing, but it doesn't seem to bother her at all.


She loves playing in her exersaucer and supports herself really well. I just can't believe how big she is getting.

She can't resist the urge to roll over when she is laying on the floor, but then she gets so mad when she is on her stomach.

Our sweet little bald baby gets called a boy all of the time. She is going to be like me and not have any hair until she is a year old. It is a good thing she has a cute face and can pull of the bald look!!
