Alex loves to play outside, but she doesn't really have anything to do out there. Our yard is just a bunch of dirt/mud at the moment. We decided to get Alex a new tricycle to give her something fun to do outdoors. She LOVES her new trike and she has caught on pretty quick to both pedaling and steering. The trike has a removable handle on the back to push her along until she figures it out for herself.
She looks like quite a diva in her sunglasses. She rarely takes them off. In fact, I had to push her around Walmart today with them on. We got a lot of looks and some comments (mostly nice ones).
I had to take some pictures of Izzie in her diaper so you could see just how chubby she is. She has the cutest little rolls. Alex never really had excess chub, but Izzie is rolly polly which I abosolutely adore!
Isabelle got her first taste of solid food yesterday. Actually it was runny rice cereal, but as far as she was concerned it was food. She did really well and figured out how to eat off the spoon right away. She is nearly five months old now and is a happy delightful baby.
