HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Nathan and I just wanted to wish all of our friends and family a very Happy New Year. We hope this coming year brings all the good things you deserve. I didn't think January would ever get here, and now that it is, I am a little panicked because our baby will be here SOON! We are very excited to see her, love her, and cuddle her like crazy. BUT... it also means we will be parents!!!!

With all of the craziness surrounding Christmas, I didn't have a chance to post any pictures. Nathan and I drove up to Idaho on Thursday night to miss the bad weather and spent Christmas with the Bodily clan. It was a lot of fun, although I must say there are a lot of last minute shoppers in the Bodily family! I had all of my shopping done and wrapped just in case I went into labor early. I was also nervous about going into labor while I was in Idaho, so I packed a diaper bag just to ward off evil spirits, and I mapped out every hospital form Springville to Idaho Falls. I figured if I was prepared, nothing would happen.

On Christmas eve we had a nice dinner and then a program.

Kristen read the story of Christ's birth

Hayden was Joseph, Emily was the virgin Mary, and Keith was lucky enough to play the part of the donkey.

Luckily we had baby Brynlee to play the part of Jesus

Madisyn was an angel and Nathan a shepherd

Madisyn is learning to play the piano and entertained us with some of the Christmas songs she learned

Here is Emily modeling her princess attire with her new stuffed puppy. Little did she know that Santa was bringing all the kids a real puppy on Christmas morning!

Hayden loved his new hat and guns. He takes being a cowboy very serious. Don't mess with Texas.

What a great post.

(And please tell me you are kidding about the diaper bag. PLESE!)

When I was a kid we always acted out the story of Jesus' birth, just like this. It was fun to see these pictures.

And don't worry-you'll baby will be here before you know it. These last weeks are just slow!

(Linus and I were be in Utah to see you guys next weekend. Hooray. How about we hook up on Saturday? Either you come to Payson or I come to Springville. Let me know.)

(you should switch to "new blogger" if you haven't yet. It rocks.)
